Our project’s main objectives are to build the capacity of vocational education and training (VET) providers and teachers to strengthen public-private cooperation for demand-orientated and opportunity-driven VET interventions and improve the quality and responsiveness of TVET to economic and social developments.

What We Do?
TVET@Work Horizontal aspects:
INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY
TVET@Work aims to improve the outreach to people with fewer opportunities and battle geographical inequity by introducing a platform that can be used throughout the country.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
All actions in TVET@Work will be implemented in a climate friendly manner and incorporate green practices in all facets. The awareness about environmental aspects is crosscutting.
DIGITAL DIMENSION
TVET@Work promotes the digital transition by introducing the solution for digital learning and teaching in VET. The development of digital pedagogy is included as well as accessible.
CIVIC ENGAGEMENT & PARTICIPATION
One of the modules to be piloted in VET teacher training will contain civic engagement education. Through this content, VET, teachers acquire skills.
Focusing on VET teacher training
VET teacher trainers and trainees will be equipped with the skills to train entrepreneurship for their students
